- Hi Tia , I am not able to understand adding of Unlike Fractions
- Sure Rohan, Lets take an example of 3/6 and 4/8
- Now can u please Explain with a sum please??
- Multiply 4 with the numerator
- To solve the sum , the denominators should be same , so take out the LCM of the denominators
- Whats the sum of the numerators , Your answer is 24 /24 which is 1 when simplifyed
- Multiply 3 with the 2nd numerator
- Great then How many times does 24 come in 6s Table.
- LCM is 24, 4, 12,3,12,24
- How many times does 24 come in 8s table?
