- The Bessemer Process was a fast inexpensive way to produce steel using oxidation of pig molten iron
- This new way of making metal is great!
- The Bessemer Process used the oxidized molten pig iron to make the steel very inexpensive for easier mass production before the invention of the open-hearth furnace.
- This heat really helps make all this new building material
- In the Bessemer process the impurities that were oxidized out of the metal made up a solid chemical build up called slag
- All these chemicals that are being oxidized keeping making slag I need to test on
- The Bessemer Process cheapened steel all throughout the world due to the knew rate of mass production being shipped out
- The Bessemer Process also revolutionized the building industry,specifically skyscrapers, as it gave builders a stronger material to build with instead of brick or wood
- These are some awesome steel skyscrapers!
- The Bessemer Process did end up dying out to innovation of technologies but laid a foundation for new melting of building materials to build many things
