  • I was pretty good, but I am feeling pretty hungry after that.
  • Nah, I don't eat fast food anymore, not very good for me. And I've quit alcohol even though I'm 18. Plus I've got gym in an hour and then I'm going out with a few friends afterwards.
  • That's good to hear, you've recovered and your back to your normal self just by following your therapist's instructions.
  • How does McDonalds sound? And then maybe hit the pub afterwards?
  • Bryan, how was your run?
  • Bryan, I do know the things that you have gone through, and I understand why you had felt that way, but I know that I get get you through this. Are you staying organized, eating healthily or getting enough sleep and exercise?
  • I haven't really been doing much with my life for the last 7 months so I don't really keep myself busy at all as I have nothing to do.
