- You're at the mall with your little sister. You hear your name and come to find your two friends talking bad about you behind your back!

- You want to scream and throw insults right back at them you even feel like bursting into tears at that very moment.......but....

- You remember your little sister is with you...and you want to set a good example for her so..instead of yelling....or screaming....or even crying....you take deep breaths to calm yourself down a little... and
- You decide to walk away to calm down completely and think about what to do next when your mind is clear
- After you calm down you decide that tomorrow at school you will unfriend both of those girls.
- The next day at school you unfriend both of them on the spot and feel so much better already, you're thankful your sister was with you the other day for you fear that if she wasn't things could have gotten out of hand..
