- Tybalt, I have a reason to love you that lets me put aside the rage I should feel and excuse that insult. I am no villain. So, goodbye. I can tell that you don't know who I am.
- Well, may peace be with you Here comes my man, the man I'm looking for. --Romeo, there's only one thing I can call you. You're a villain.
- He's not your man. Alright, walk out into a field, and he'll chase you. In that sense you can call him your "man".
- Boy, your words can't excuse the harm you've done to me. So now turn and draw your sword.
- Tybalt and Mercutio fight with their swords, Romeo attempts to stop the fighting and Mercutio gets hurt by Tybalt, curses both families, and dies. Tybalt runs away with Petruchio and the other Capulets; then later returns (next slide).
- Once Tybalt returns, Romeo is furious; and then fights Tybalt, killing him in the process. Romeo runs away, the Prince of Verona goes to the streets and sees Tybalt and Mercutio dead. Romeo is exiled from Verona by the Prince, but he isn't around to hear his punishment.
