- 18 months into the role. Adam is a high performing employee
- I'm mentoring our new CA - Phoebe! I feel empowered and recognized by my colleagues and managers.
- 2 years into the role. Unsuccessful moving into the BA role.
- But becoming a BA is my dream job...And how am I going to improve on different skills and for how much longer?
