- Sometimes I can reach temperatures around 100 degrees celsius.
- Hello out there I am magma or melted metamorphic rock.
- Igneous Rock
- Uh oh I think I am being eroded and weathered
- Hi I am igneous! I used to be magma but I cooled down and became igneous rock
- Sediments
- Now we are sediments we formed from weatheredand eroded igneous rock
- I think we are getting compacted
- Magma forms when metamorphic rock melts or when igneous rock melts.
- Sedimentary Rock
- Now were Sedimentary rock. We formed from compacted and cemented sediments
- Igneous rock is melted and cooled/hardened magma.
- Metamorphic Rock
- I think we are melting
- In this case, these sediments formed when an igneous rock got weathered and eroded.
- Magma
- Formed when layers of sediments have been deposited compacted and cemented together. Type of rock where fossils are found.
- The pressure is building up and its a little warm
- Formed when high pressure and heat act on existing rock and change it into a new form
- Caution hot!!! Magma may cool and become igneous rock
- Magma forms when metamorphic rock melts or when igneous rock melts.
