- Odysseus relates his adventures after the war to king Alcininous. (All of the events from here on is Odysseus telling his story...
- Odysseues, why not stay here with me?
- I must go home to my wife Penelope and my son Telemachus.
- Odysseus and his crew reached the city of the Cicones, killing their army.
- Then Odysseus reaches the coastline of Lotus eaters.
- Come eat thy lotus, I know how hungry you must be.
- I'd love to try some!
- The people who ate the lotus for got about their mainland and stayed on the island forever.
- Odysseus and his crew that didn't eat the lotuses, sail to find a cavern, and have a feast.
- I'm nobody. We've come in luck to find this cave, please honor us with gifts, and Zeus shall reward you.
- WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU HERE????
- There they meet a cyclops milking his ewe.
- Odysseus tells the Cyclops where they came from and what zeus will reward.
- The cyclops had no care for what Odysseus had to say and ate two of his crewmates.
- Odysseus tries to find a way to escape. He gives wine to the cyclops to get him drunk.
- AHHHHH!!!!
- Later the cyclops falls asleep and gets stabbed in the eye by Odysseus.
