THE VET DISASTER

- One bright sunny day, Dick & Julian were walking downtown when they heard Timmy, their dog moan! "Youch" they said. They looked very sad. Timmy had gotten a deep wound on his paw. He might have stepped on a sharp stone. There was a lot of blood. They took out some band aids and wrapped it around his paw. They then decided to take him to the veterinarian.When they reached, they saw a whole lot pet owners with their pets! They saw all types of pets! The owners took turns taking their pets to the vet's room so that their pets could be healed.When it was Timmy's turn, Dick and Julian put the Timmy on the couch and said, " He's got a wound on his paw please heal him quickly." They then left the room. It took Timmy a long time to come out. Finally, Timmy came running towards them at full speed! They knew that Timmy was completely ok! They picked Timmy up and just then a cat entered the room!It made an eye to eye contact with Timmy who was growling loudly now. The cat, who had the natural disadvantage of being the prey, ran towards the left side. Timmy followed her. They ran around the full corridor. All the dogs there saw the cat and decided to chase her.But Timmy was smart. He knew that the dogs were waiting to be treated by the vet and could not run. He blocked their way by turning towards them and growling at them fiercely. The cat was grateful and ran away to its owner. Timmy ran back to Dick and Julian.The owner of the cat, Anne, thanked Dick, Julian and Timmy for saving the day. They became friends. Later, the trio got a new friend, Georgina, and went on to create the famous Famous Five! MORAL - BE SMART AND THINK ABOUT OTHERS.
