- Little Girl with her Mum comes to an old people's home with a gift, Brownie the Giraffe for her grandma. The carer (who is wearing a visor, mask and gloves) takes Brownie from her hands and hands it to her Grandmother who is clearly in awe of her gift. The Grandmother starts coughing and the Carer puts her focus on taking care of her. The little girl sees this.
- Fast-Forward to Christmas eve, all the family is gathered for Christmas and they call their grandmother on their Ipad to wish her a Merry Christmas. The carer is the one that picks up and sits down next to the grandmother who is holding brownie. They are laughing and talking to the family.
- The Camera zooms into the little girls smiling face who is looking at the Carer taking care of her grandmthother on such an amazing day. Camera zooms into her eyes to transition to another moment in time..
- The Camera zooms out of the little girls eyes to reveal the eyes of now a grown up woman in scrubs similar to the Carer in a old peoples. She is pushing an old lady in a wheel chair and in her hands has a christmas present wrapped.
- The Carer is taking care of a little girl's Grandmother who came to see her Grandmother. The Carer admires the little girl so much she gives her a christmas present, it is Brownie the Giraffe
- The last shot would be of the Carer looking at the grandmother and the child who is playing with her new christmas present.The Ending would be the zoom of the Giraffe with the text: 'The best Gifts come from the heart'- Browns logo
