Storyboard Text

  • Hello everyone, today we have a boxing workout for you. This workouts is especially good for working your shoulders and your arms.
  • We´re going to start with a warmin up. The first exercise is 1 minute of jumping jacks. The next exercise is 1 minute of squats.
  • The next exercise is for our arms and is making jabs whilst working on ur footwork. We will do this for 5 minutes.
  • Next we are going to do a left jab, right jab, left hook, right hook combination for 2.5 minuetes 4 times with a 1 minute wall sit and a 30 second plank in between.
  • Now we are going to do another combination. First we will do a right jab, a left upper cut, a left jab and then a right uppercut. We will do this combination for 10 minutes with 1 minute high planks in between every 2.5 minjutes.
