- For this exercise the employee will be presented with a case example or illustration of the specific topic for this sub-unit.

- The employee will answer question s related to the case example. Feedback will be provided instantly. If the employee's response is correct they can move forward to the next sub-unit. If the employee's responses are incorrect we have a couple options. Options outlined in next slides.

- The employee will be provided with the correct answer and allowed to move forward.
