- Betsy finally got the truck, but now she had to do a lot of planning to make sure the goals of Kooltastic were correctly met

- i'm determined to provide replenishing goods to the public so they can fully enjoy the hot weather
- in order for the business to run smoothly, she knew she had to delegate tasks and split projects among employees
- Heather and Susan, you two are in charge of marketing our food truck to the public...
- Opening day, the street was lined with people enjoying their popsicle, icees, and ice cream

- as more people came, supplies were running out fast, Betsy kept calm and handled it fast
- we're running out of supplies fast!
- Bertha please pick up the next shipment of supplies, Heather and Susan keep restocking.
- Betsy ended the day by greeting customers and asking them how their experience was. Kooltastic was a success
