  • The dialogue in this affects the conflicts further in the story because after johnny killed bob, he was considered a monster. Though he is called a monster, the greasers think he did the right thing.
  • the dialogue in this cell affects the rest of the story majorly because once Johnny got hit with the piece of burning timber, he is permanently disabled. Due to him being disabled, he is living his life in pain.
  • The dialogue in this affects the rest of the book because johnny's death affects everyone. Johnny's last words stick with pony boy because Johnny was very important to him.
