  • excuse me, i'm making a follow up on my order it's been an hourand still haven't got my pasta. i'm about to lose my appetite waiting for my food to come.
  • we apologize for that let me go ahead and check the status of your order and we'll make sure that your food will be serve.

  • thank you for your patience ma'am, we truly apologize for this inconvenience.
  • service crew check the status of the order and unfortunately pesto sauce is unavailable and the kitchen staff was not able to immediately inform the front desk that the pesto tuna pasta is not available on the menu.
  • i'm hungry and i need my food. is this how you run this cafe.
  • service crew came back to the customer and explain to them that is currently not availble because pesto sauce is out of stock
  • we understand your frustration. Here is what i can do, we have our signature pasta available right now which is our creamy chicken alfredo pasta. i can get it for you Hot and fresh and we will pair that with our chocolate banoffee pie. it's on the house.
  • thank you ma'am we appreciate your patience, your food will be serve in about 10-15 mins.
  • after 10-15mins the food was served and customer was happy because the food is hot and fresh. the dessert was delicious.
