- Mum this is not your fault there are some very bad people out there that will do anything to hurt anyone and get some money out of it.
- Basically someone tried to scam me saying they where my child and needed a new phone. I nearly did but they said they where my son I don't even have one and oh my god I am just do upset and angry. That I got my self into this issue

- they have been called the Mum and Dad scam
- If a scammer does try to do this mum and dad scam make sure to always ring the person if they actually need the money
- and finally see if it is a reasonable price for what they want
- Scammers are becoming increasingly smarter and are constantly thinking of clever ways to pull get people to give them large amounts of money.
