- Thank you for returning my call. As you can see your employees is pushing their point.

- ...meeeting? Monday?
- Public apology?!?!
- Workers went on a strike with demands they want to be met which management has taken away.
- As we have been facing financial problems we have thought of a few solutions to the problems at hand.
- ...Ohk let's get straight to the point.
- The site manager contacts management to inform them of how the situation has gotten out of control.
- Solutions have been put in place. They will take effect as of your next wage.
- What a relief!
- Management contacts Dave to set up a meeting. 
- Things have been so much better. Just to think it happened to us after we spoke about it.

- Dave intends the meeting with the boss. The boss recognizes that the company is at fault and brings forth a list of solutions that would better conditions for the employees.
- ....the solutions are, an increase of 2% to their wages, but a larger deduction of their pay to compensate for their medical aid and this deduction won't affect their wages as much.
- Dave informs the employees of the good news and sets the tense atmosphere at ease.
- Things have returned to normal, with the atmosphere being better than usual. The workers talk amongst each other, displaying their peace towards the matter.
