- not really i kinda learned it in ms Johnson class but i forgot.
- so basically ms Johnson told me that the 19 amendment gives the right to vote no matter the gender
- oh really what else do they do
- they got passed by the congress June 4 1919. anything else?
- yeah why was the 19th amendment created
- it was created to allow any gender to vote anytime.
