- Why?! All of our friends live in this town.
- After much consideration, I've decided we are moving to a different part of the city.

- When we walk through town, do you see any schools or grocery stores. Do you see any broken windows or liquor bottles? These are examples of push factors.
- We don't see any schools or grocery stores. We do see lots or broken windows and liquor bottles though.

- Where we are moving there are will be grocery stores, schools, and it will be much safer. These are examples of pull factors.

- There will also be more job opportunities, available housing, and more people to make friends with.

- It's a lot nicer than our old house.
- Welcome to our new house! We will need to unpack but after that it will be home!

- Maybe this move won't be so bad. I think that we will have a better future now that we live here.
- Of course! Where else would I be taking you?
- Do we have a house yet?

- Another perk of living in a nicer part of town. New houses are always being built and old ones being torn down!
