I'M worried about how things will go tomorrow.
The decision was made based on the company's performance evaluation
It has come to our attention that 2 of our members were unfairly dismissed. We would like for you to provide the reasons for the dismissal.
And not forgetting the unfair treatment.
We were not informed nor given a warning.
On their way home, the 2 workers are wondering how the meeting will go.
Like i said, the decision was taken due to poor performance after an evaluation process.
We do understand. However, proper procedure was not followed and there was no compliance with the LRA at all.
The trade union , dismissed workers and management meet up to resolve the issue.
What needs to happen is that the employees either get compensated or given the first warnings and return to work.
The way things were done is very unacceptable and is against the law.
The trade union organizer is representing the employees in this case. The dismissed employees state their issues to management.
I agree with reinstating the employees and they can return back to work. But, they need to fulfill their responsibilities.
We agree with the terms and we are happy with the outcome.
The trade union is fighting for their members at the meeting with management.
The issues are stated and a way forward is given which will benefit both workers and management.
Management agrees to reinstate the workers again.The trade union did a wonderful job in representing the workers and they delivered on their promises
