- Hurry up and pick the cotton. I don't have all day and I need to sell it and have my money by tomorrow
- Well depending on your effort and amount of work you get done then I'll think about feeding you something.
- I don't care so far you two are all I have so stop with the excuses and get to work I need it done
- I'm starving though. You haven't fed us in so long.
- But sir we can't pick all of this cotton by tomorrow. With only two of us it's very exhausting
- We are abolitionists and we do not stand for slavery. We are trying to end it in fact.
- We are Angela and Sarah Grimke. When we were younger our family owned slaves and now we don't want slavery to happen anymore.
- After lots of negotiating we have gotten more people on our side and plan to end it once and for all.
- Not many people are on our side because people like having slaves do their work and gain them more money.
- It's now the early 1800's and we finally did it. We have ended slavery. The only thing is they aren't treated the same as whites yet.
- You're so very welcome. It's the least we could do. You're the one that had the hard part.
- Thank you guys so much. I'm already feeling better without having to do all the hard labor. I don't know how I would've done it without you guys
