Nobody has provided any evidence that Tom is guilty of this case. All the physical evidence we have just proves how likely it was that Mr. Ewell beat Mayella. Mayella was a sad, lonely girl that got caught associating with a colored man and concealed her shame with the accusation that he assaulted her. Avoid the stereotype that all colored people are criminals and serve justice for this innocent young man.
