  • This is my third coffee today and I am still so exhausted!
  • Wow, that's a lot of caffeine! You need to prioritize your sleep, too much caffeine can be detrimental to your health and also keep you awake at night!
  • Ugh, Sam was right. I had way too much caffeine today and now I can't sleep, it's already 1 AM. I really need to start going to bed around the same time every night and limit the amount of caffeine I'm drinking. I just feel like I have so much to do and caffeine is the only thing that helps.
  • Hey Sam! Remember at the cafe last week when you told me to stop drinking so much caffeine?! Well I did some research and took your advice. I was using caffeine to mask my sleep deprivation and it backfired. Now I try and go to sleep around the same time every night and limit the amount of caffeine I have. I feel great!
  • Wow, that's great Jenny! I had the same problem I think it's so important that as high school students we prioritize our sleep. It helps us stay alert and motivated in school all day.
