- Now where is that Georg, forest-thief, and game snatcher.
- There he is, Ulrich, the man that stole this piece of land from my family.
- BOOM!
- It all started when Ulrich von Gradwitz's grandfather legally took land from Georg Zneaym's family, the families have quarreled since. On this night Ulrich hunts with his team through the land and so does George.
- "Ulrich von Gradwitz snared in his stolen forest. There’s real justice for you!”
- When my men come to release me first, you're going to wish you never came into my land.
- The men both left their crew knowingly they would possibly find it each other, which they did. But both knew better than to murder each other in cold blood.
- Before anything escalated, lightning came down on a tree that trapped them both. The men's only hope know is for their men to find them.
- "We fight this quarrel out to the death, you and I and our foresters, with no cursed interlopers to come between us. Death and damnation to you, Ulrich von Gradwitz.”
- George and Ulrich mockingly spoke to each other, calling each other "thief" and "poacher."
- They then argue that if their men were to come first the other one would be rolled over with a tree. Both still feuding and anger rising.
- They both took their feelings out on each other with bitterness and while in pain. They both eventually fell silent as they had stopped trying to get out from under the tree.
