- It is the database of laws that countries have implemented in response to the pandemic.

- Aside from the Covid-19 Lab Law, The Philippine Congress passed the Republic Act 11469. It is known as "Bayanihan to Heal as One."
- Oh wow! Political Institutions are indeed crucial in making and implementing laws.
- How?
- Yes, indeed. But, aside from political institutions, the non-state actors such as NGOs are also helping in this time of pandemic.
- Just like the Philippine Red Cross, they are supporting the health care systems and authorities. Awareness sessions were conducted regularly in communities including those that are particularly vulnerable to epidemics due to poor hygiene and sanitation conditions.
- Oh wow! Both the political institutions and the non-state actors are indeed significant in our society.
- Yes! they are the stepping stones of our country and in living the lives we are dreaming.
