- EXPOSITION
- Ralph.
- What was that?
- They used to call me... Piggy
- I expect we'll want to know all their names. We ought to have a meeting. I don't care what they call me, so long as it isn't what they called me at school.
- What's your name?
- CONFLICT
- RISING ACTION
- A plane full of school boys crashes on an tropical island. Only children survived.
- CLIMAX
- Some of the kids want to find a way to leave the island, but it is hard for them to all agree on what to do.
- FALLING ACTION
- The boys think there is a beast on the island, making them argue a lot. They even mistaken each other for the beast, killing the boy they mistaken the beast for. Eventually, they split up into two groups, with Jack leading one, and Ralph, the other.. Jack's group is extremely aggressive, and raids Ralph's group for fire.
- RESOLUTION
- Ralph and Piggy try to go to Jack to make peace, but Jack decides to fight, and the hunters end up killing Piggy, and forcing Ralph to run away.
- Jack's group try to hunt Ralph by setting the forest on fire to smoke him out.
- The smoke makes a nearby ship come to investigate what's going on. He finds Ralph on the beach, along with the others. They all feel remorseful for what they've done.
