- Ughh, I feel sick, it must be my half cooked lunch

- It seems I've caught a virus called E.Coli. It is caused by eat under cooked food or food that have come in contact with Feces.
- E.coli symptoms include vomiting, cramps and diarrhea. You can save yourself from getting E.coli by washing your hands and cooking meat properly.
