- Martin Luther was born to Hans and Margarette Luther on 10 November 1483 in Eisleben, Saxony. He was a smart and curious child and was baptized as a catholic. He was alone a lot because his mother was a hard-working citizen and his dad was a leaseholder for mines.

- As Martin Luther got older he had started to think more and realized that the Catholic church had some weird ways of salvation but couldn't go against the pope because he has no power in anything so he had to get a job and think.

- Martin Luther had gathered supporters and patrons to go against the pope's rules like paying for salvation and taking money for there own selves to buy things not for the church. So Martin Luther talked to the pope about things like paying for salvation.
- Martin Luther did not agree with the pope's ways but the pope wasn't too happy about it so he banished Martin Luther from the town. But Martin Luther had many more ideas, but he still devoted his life to god and led to the church's reformation.
