- Good morning Vuvu, Hope you are doing well;As you know that today is our pay day, I wanted to ask if your salary is ohk like the way it supposed to?
- Good morning Tom, I am really not Good about this whole situation, I am also experiencing the Vary some problem and I am really shocked and surprised that my salary is cut; But i think we need to hear from other colleagues if they are having the same problem or what
- Hey Tom, thank you for asking that,; I also did not get the full salary as usual and i am also surprises that how is that possible
- ohk Thank you Sive, it is clear that we are all experiencing the same problem, we therefore need answers of this, because this is really unfair
- Good morning Mr Zozo, i visited you to find out about our salaries that we just received, everyone is complaining that the payments are all cut including mine, so as my superior i thougth you can explain batter on what is going on;

- Bt Mr Zozo you are well awear that A salary is a contractual right. Reducing it without our consent is a break of contract. i will then act the roles and the rights of the trade union organiser, to make sure that you and your people fix this problem accordingly

- Tom and Vuvu they now ask their colleague, theyneed to hear from other colleague if they are having the same problem or what
- vuvu i spoke to Mr Zozo concerning our salary issues, I am really angry and frustrating on his response, you need to call other colleagues and we need to shutdown this company, becauseIt is illegal in terms of Section34 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- This is really unfair and against the law, ohk Tom I will do so
- Tom visited Mr Zozo his superior to find out about what is going on whit their salaries, and Mr Zozo explained the reasons and Tom is totally not happy about it.
- we really wont stop until we get want we want and everything must be done accordingly, its myresponsibilities to bargain for better treatment and fairness and improve the conditions of employment includingdeveloping new demands
- Tom is really not happy with the answer from his superio, he then dicides to act his role of Trade union organiser, Mr Zozo is then shocked on Tom response
- Tom is telling Vuvu about his Superior, on what was his response on their problem, they both did not like it and they decided to call other workers and shutdown the compony because of their unfair treatment.
- workers are know striking saying thatIt is illegal in terms of Section 34 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act for an employer to make a deduction from anemployee's salary without consent or without following a fair procedure.
