- THE 6TH MARINES HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR HOME, OPEN UP!
- 8th Amendment
- You are sentenced to 10 years in maximum security prison, for the theft of a candy bar.
- A man is being arrest but does not know what for.
- 6th Amendment
- No.
- Marines are forcing themselves into a random apartment, violating the third amendment.
- 4th Amendment
- WHAT?
- We are seizing your possessionns, hand them over.
- Man was sent to a Maximum Security Prison for stealing a candy bar, which is a cruel punishment violating amendment eight.
- 5th Amendment
- You were sentenced to 10 years in maximum security, you are now sentenced to 20-30 years in federal prison for stealing another candy bar.
- Someone is denied the right to a lawyer, violating the 6th Amendment.
- Do I get a lawyer?
- There is no probable cause for this search and seizing of possessions, therefor it is violating the 4th Amendment.
- This man was charged for the same thing twice, violating the "double jeopardy" part of eighth Amendment.
