The tale of Daedalus and Icarus

- Once upon a time a long time ago there was a father and a son .The fathers name was Daedalus and the son was Icarus.The only problem that they had in life was being trapped in a prison in Crete.
- Climax
- The two had a plan to escape it was a very complicated plan but Daedalus had faith.They were going to make wings to fly out of this terrible prison it was risky but it was a worth a try.Daedalus worked day and night yet nothing worked.
- Falling action
- Then one day Daedalus figured it out he shouted "SON! SON! GET OVER HERE I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT!" Icarus ran toward his father "what's wrong what have you figured out ?" the boy said "We can finally get out of here".Icarus understood what his father meant and he was ready to listen at instructions.Daedalus began to speak "Icarus my son this is a big deal we are the first people to fly listen carefully to what i say."
- Resolution
- After Daedalus explained everything they were ready.Daedalus secured the wings on him and his son then flew out Icarus followed.Both with extreme big smiles on there faces it was all great everything was going just right until Icarus started flying higher and higher to the sun.
- The heat from the sun started to affect Icarus's wings the wax holding the wings together.Icarus noticed and started to shout for his father but the boy was already falling.Daedalus went for his son screaming shouting "SON!SON! I'M COMING DON'T WORRY" but it was to late.
- The boy Icarus sadly passed away there was nothing you could do.Daedalus made the island his son had died into a city and named it Ikaria in his sons honor .Ikaria is located in the city of Greek.
