- Islam is the 2nd most celebrated religion in the world with over 1 billion followers, but how did it come to be this way?
- The start of the religion of Islam is said to have started 1400 years ago in Mecca , Arabia, although there has been no recorded founder.
- While there wasn't a recorded founder of Islam, there have been people that spread the culture around such as Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus, and the most famous Muhammad.
- The Islam religion have a book called the Qur'an, which was to them, the sacred word of their god, Allah, which had valued honesty, generosity, and social justice.
- In a world with more than one idea, there will always be a clash of ideals between what's presented.
- This can be applied to the subdivisions of Islam that were Shi, those who thought Ali should have been the successor to Muhammad while Sunni thought Anbu Bakr should be his successor.
- Another subdivision of Islam is Sufism, which is to dedicate to worship, Allah, and disregard the pleasure of the riches of the world.
