- Sally is going on the Fabulous Journey which is a tour around the world to counties with different types of economies and will be talking to all the leaders of the countries. She will be learning and seeing what it is like to be in different econmies.
- Brazil
- Sally has arrived in the Soviet Union which is run by a command economy. Right now, Sally is talking to the president of the soviet union and he is telling her how he controls everything that everyone had in the country.
- New Zealand
- Now Sally is in England, England is a mixed economy. Mixed economies are 2 different economies together, command and market. This basically means that government has things that it owns but also the people of the contry have there own things they own.
- United States
- Sally's next stop is Brazil. Brazil is a traditional economy which means everything is done the way it used to be. Goods and services are and will be produced how they have always been. It is the most basic way to do it and everything they do is based off culture.
- Brazil is such a pretty country!
- Sally's last destination before she goes home is New Zealand. New Zealand is a market economy. A market economy is when everything that everyone owns is owned by them. The government has no control over what you have or do.
- Welcome to New Zealand!
- Sally is finally home and she learned so much on her trip. She learned new things about all 4 different types of economy. She got to travel to 4 different countries. The united states, which is where she lives, is a mixed economy like England is.
- It is good to be home!
