- Hello Mateo, the truth is that I have been so exahusted with the classes because I teach since Monday until Wednesday, each day I teach 50 students per class. Maybe you can give me some suggestions

- Oh men, I was spend one of my worst scholar´s year ever. First I believe that this happen because I have a lot students so I have several problems
- And one of the most important issue is that the proficiency and ability of my students vary widely. So, I reckon that my class is not equal. :(
- First, My students thinks that they don´t have the enough opportunities to speak in from of the whole class
- I have a group in the back side that it is impossible for me monitore them.
- I have experienced the same thing, but I am going to give you some suggestions that I have used before.
- And finally, Give students a range of extra-class work, to challenging students.
- Second, assign them interactive tasks so that they feel active, these tasks can be in pairs or in groups such as conversations, oral self-assessments, and more.
- Next, Use peer-editing, feedback, and evaluation in written work
- First, try to make each student feel important.
- Oh awesome dude, Those are great suggestions I'll use them tomorrow in class.
- The next day into the classroom
- Oh, I feel so comfortable now, Mateo´s suggestions were so helpful. Now I teach all the days, I divide more class into 4 groups of 15 students. Today, I see that now they pay enough attention, I can monitor and solve all doubts that they have. Why I don't do that before?
