- IN the begining ot chaper three jack was on the grownd and he was wearing tatered shorts and his belt . he was acting savage he was trying to hunt a pig agin.
- then ralph and simon are building shelter and jack still wants to go and hunt. palph is mad because the little boys cant help and jack can help but be dosnet because he wants to go hunting but he still gets no pig.
- jack and ralph get in an argument and they get mad. jack dosnt even want to be rescued he is so worrined about the pig he dosnt listen to ralph. they need to make shelter it is more in portant than the pig.
- After the fight simon was not in the water with the other hunters he was not playing around. like how the hunters were.
- He was walking with the little boys he was going to help them reach fruit that they couldn't reach. he saw that they couldn't reach the friut that was higher in the tree.
- Simon then goes in deeper in the forest and he sees different things like butterflies this shows that he could still look to the bright side in a bad situation he is a very positive and kind boy.
