Hi, good morning I'm sorry to bother you, I was wondering for those who have paid for the Homecoming tickets where we can pick them up?
Hey, sweetheart how may I help you?
Yeah that's perfect.

Why is she yelling.... it's not even 9 in the morning?
Wha, Wha, Wha! The tickets should be in the back of the cafeteria with a table! They were there yesterday and should be there today at lunch! We made announcements during all lunches!
Who is she talking to like that???
Thank you.
Lord please give me the patients and strength not to hop over this desk.
So done with this, I haven't even been in this building for 2 minutes!

At the beginning of this situation, everyone was assertive and very polite with everything that was said. In the second half, the redhead started getting very aggressive out of nowhere, and instead of the girl in the black saying anything back, she was kind of passive by just saying thank you and not requesting that it be said in a better tone. The girl in the black was also fairly passive-aggressive because her thought process was fairly aggressive, but she didn't say it out loud for the rude lady to hear. Overall this situation could have possibly been avoided if either someone else assisted the girl or if the lady didn't go for 0 to 10 in less than a second.
