- The One and Only Ivan. Ivan believes he's the only gorilla left in the world. Ivan was in captivity for a long time but makes the best out of it with his friends Stella and Bob. Ivan paints for fun and sells it. He notices how humans are.
- Climax: BIllboard
- The Big Top Mall and Video Arcade is Ivan's domain. He and the other animals have lived here for years. They get entertained by humans and the trainer Mack. Stella the elephant is slowly dying.
- Falling Action: Trainers come to help
