- Zaenab is having fun scrolling on her Facebook when her account suddenly logs out. She tries to access the site again but it is denied access. Shortly thereafter, she receives an email that informs her that her account password has been changed. She immediately contacts her friend for help.

- Her friend picks up her call and tells her important information about internet security awareness.
