  • Once you have let it to sit you want to add one cup beef broth and one cup vegetable broth. Then mix with the flour clumps and try and remove as many flour clumps as possible.

  • Add one cup of double cream, two teaspoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Wait for it to start to bubble then mix.

  • Put your meatballs is into the pan. Once they start to brown turn them over. Once you are done put a lid on the pan and put the meatballs in a 400˚ oven for 30 minutes.
