- Yeah, I'm definitely excited and nervous at the same time!
- Hello there, Christopher! I'm fine, and yeah it's a nice hot sunny day.
- So, are you ready for our first day of orienteering?
- Well, I just don't want to get lost in the wilderness.
- I know, but I have so many things in my head about what can go wrong.
- You know, you're a notorious overthinker. Don't dwell too much on the bad things. That's not the point of this exercise.
- Oh, that's silly. Just make sure to follow all the safety protocols and you'll be fine.

- Yeah I do, and I have memorized the terrain .
- Besides, it's normal to be like that since this is our first time.

- Aid any injured orienteer we might find along the way, and report to the finish official when we complete the course.
- We must wear full-body clothing, must carry a whistle during the event, observe traffic rules when crossing the road.
