- Place Utility: Ensuring prodcuts available where customers need it.Example: The ice cream shop is close to her community so it is convinent.
- Possession Utility: Ease of aquiring product. Example: There are a variety of payment methods accepted such as card, cash, and check.
- Ooo I see that they have some new flavors, i'll have to try them!!

- Information Utility: Details and communication provided to customer about product.Example: The shop informs customes about the new flavors available, pricing, and nutrition.
