- As management of GB Plastics I welcome you to the company and I hope we well work hand in hand to make the company prosper even more.
- NUMSU is a union that will be your representation if any problems arises so it would be an honour to have you as members of the union .
- It's the first day for the newly hired workers and they are welcomed by management in the company.
- The union organizer was continuing recruiting the newly hired workers.
- Shop steward elections have to be held

- It was work as usual as the workers were familiarising themselves with the workstation of the company.
- It is imperative that that shop steward elections are held where you choose one worker who will represent your interest and raise employee concerns.
- The union organizer saw that it was best a shop steward is chosen to represent the the workers' interests and raise employee concerns.
- Miss Khumalo was informing the management about a shop steward being elected meaning shop steward elections have to take place.
- The next day the union organizer was informing the workers about the importance of selection a shop steward.
