- Menelaus comes home to Helen missing. Menelaus want's Helen back then Greece goes to war with the Trojans.
- The Trojans will pay.
- "A quarrel flared up between two Greek, Achilles and Agamemnon, and for a time turned the tide in favor of the Trojans" (Hamilton 2). This conflict helped the Trojans because this made the Greeks weaker since Achilles is there best fighter.
- I'm done fighting
- Achilles mother was tired of the war she went to heaven and asked Zeus to let the Trojans win. "The plan Zeus made was simple. He knew that the Greeks without Achilles were inferior to the Trojans, and he sent a lying dream to Agamemnon promising him victory if he attacked.
- End the War. Let the Trojans Win.
- I have a plan.
- Paris and Menelaus fight. Menelaus grabs Paris helmet he was gonna throw Paris to the Greeks to win. But "He would have dragged him to the Greeks victoriously if it had not been for Aphrodite" (Hamilton 2). She tore his helmet strap getting Paris free then she takes him back to Troy. Then Agamemnon declares Menelaus victor and the Trojans agreed to give back Helen.Which ends the war.
- This is over
- Hera and Athena didn't like the way the war ended so Athena persuaded a Greek soldier to shoot a arrow at Menelaus which caused them to go to war again.
- Shoot him
- "For a time, it looked like the Trojans would win the war"(Hamilton 3). Achilles refused to fight, The Trojans fought the Greeks all the way to there boats. Achilles best friend took his armor and wore it thinking it would push back the Trojans but then Hector saw the Armor and killed him and took his armor. This ended up bringing Achilles back for avenges. They ended up pushing the Trojans back to there walls.
