- Charlie who is not very smart starts going to the hospital for test and he is hoping to be the experiment for the doctors.
- CLIMAX
- Charlie does more and more tests and gets chosen after he did maze races against aAlgernon the mouse who got the surgery Charlie got chosen for.
- FALLING ACTION
- He gets the surgery and is in the hospital for a few days and the doctors give him a little TV for him to play in his sleep. After he uses the Tv a few nights he slowly starts to learn easier and easier. And starts going back to school classes.
- RESOLUTION
- He gets to a point where he is smart and is wanting to learn more and more. He can read faster than his doctors and is saying things about math that they don't get either.
- Algernon dies and Charlie is very upset about it because he really liked the mouse. Then he gets scared thing hes gonna die because the mouse got the same sugery he did. After a few days he starts getting dumber.
- Charlie slowly starts forgetting everything and he goes to his class one day but sits in his old seat and the teacher ran out of the room crying because she knew charlie was back to his old self. Charlie then wants to run away because of how embarrassed he is.
