- Once there was a boy in class who felt unjustly treated in class

- This is because he was unhappy that his classmate, Wael had been the coordinator of the class for four months. This was frustrating for James. He had always worked hard to help his classmates, even though he had no position in the class. He also enjoyed having the authority to speak for his classmates and having a connection with the teachers.
- The teacher of his class saw it, so she proposed:
- Would you like to compete against Wael for the next month's coordinator?
- Yes! I would love to compete!
- These were the rules of the election that the teacher told the two students:
- Each candidate should devise an election program, which should include a plan to plan and facilitate students' affairs and organize sports and art activities for the classroom. May the best candidate win!!
- So this is what James said to his class if he would become new coordinator after Wael's Speech:
- I will include a new classroom program that will include new and important ideas for school work and sports activities. I will also organize school trips that will be fun, interesting and educational at the same time. So please vote for me!!

- The position of coordinator would be based on the principle of equitable participation in class...
