- To stay safe when swimming, make sure there is an adult nearby.
- Step 1

- Make sure you buddy up before you start swimming.
- Step 2
- 1.5m
- Know your limits, Make sure you are confident in the water before you go in.
- Step 3
- If you are not very confident only go up to your thighs.
- If you are more confident then don't go deeper than your waist.
- Be careful when diving, Make sure you know the depth.
- If the pool is lower than 2m then you shouldn't be diving.
- Step 4
