  • this is marcus he enjoyed going to a certain table tennis spot until one night he wanted to go when he was drunk but it was closed so he broke in and entered.
  • you're under the arrest for breaking and entering. you have the right to remain silent.
  • he was then arrested for breaking and entering.
  • marcus was charged and convicted in ohio state court. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
  • this burgalry charge is a felony under state law. marcus appealed and was sent to the trial courts. then ended up in the federal supreme court.
  • Federal courts:bottom level, District courts (trial courts), cases appealed in the district courts are heard in the circuit courts. (federal courts of appeal). cases appealed in the circuit courts are heard in the united states supreme court. (Highest court).
