- The indus valley is located in harappa and mohenjo-daro
- Welcome to the indus valley!
- The indus river is near the indus valley
- Welcome to our homes!
- Our homes were mostly tight together
- Knowing that our homes were tight is important because it showed that we liked being around each other
- We cooked on our roof!
- Hello! I am going to tell you about our toilets/s-ewer systems
- Dirty water flowed out of the house through pipes into a drain in the street
- In their bathrooms people stood on a brick shower tray and tipped the clean water over themselves from a jar
- We had something called the great bath it was a religious ceremony where you would take a bath
- The great bath was a very important tradition to the indus people
- Hey! again.
- Did you know seals were used for trading?
- Thats right!
- The indus people would put stickers and stamps on the seals to show a trade.
- Hey im a seal and the indus people used to use me for trade. It was harsh and not fun. 😢
