- Hi I'm Greg and well this will surprise you- right now it's the middle of winter.
- Winter
- This is my house on the upper street
- Summer
- PLOP!
- SO COLD!
- BURR!
- Let's go to your grandmas.
- My name is Greg. It is the middle of winter and it feels like summer. I have 2 brothers: younger and older. I also have a pet pig. He is just a baby.
- WHAM!
- AHHH! OH NO! Snowballs! What do we do!?
- RUN!!
- There are two parts of the neighborhood, the upper street kids and the lower street kids. They argue A LOT. I (Greg) live on the upper street. I like winter because in summer I can't play ball because the ball just falls down the hill. Winter it's a different story because the upper street kids can sled.
- Let's teach these kids a lesson!
- Finally, it feels like winter! But it's cold, really cold. So cold that when Rowley and I were walking home we stopped at my grandma's to warm up. She was not home because she was in Florida.
- I'm scared.
- They want to fight?! LETS GIVE IT TO THEM!
- BOOM!
- It finally feels like winter, but my mom is making me go outside. My friend Rowley and I decided we would make a snow fort. Well... WE GOT AMBUSHED!! BIG TIME!!! Some kids threw A TON of snowballs at us!
- We decided to come back to the empty lot where we got ambushed but A TON of kids were there. We found a base we could take over, so we did. All of a sudden we were being attacked from all angles. We did not realize that the lower street kids were sledding on OUR HILL! WE DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
- Yeah!
- We decided to build a wall on the street and fire snowballs at the lower street kids. It worked super well and we THOUGHT we had won. Well, WE DIDN'T. They waited out there for HOURS until we could not take the cold anymore. We could not stand it and we all went inside. After about a week everything was ok and to be honest, I'm GLAD I SURVIVED.
