- Once upon a time in the city of Athens, a group of men was making a play to win a contest that would get them a lot of money. The group was formed by Quince, Bottom, Flute, Starveling, Snout, and Snug and they wanted to make a play about a boy named Pyramus and a girl named Thisbe that get really sad because a Lion eats their candy. Quince, who was the leader of the play, came up with the idea of practicing the woods, so no one would distract them.

Puck decided to turn the head of one of the Athenian men into the one of a donkey. He did just that, Bottom's head looked exactly like the head of a donkey. After seeing this, the other Athenian men ran away, afraid Bottom would hurt them.
- Bottom, not knowing what was happening wandered around the Magic Forest looking for his friends. After a while, Puck found him and explained to him what happened, and turned him back to normal. Bottom found his friends and they were happy to see him.
